HR Officer (Fulltime)
As an HR Officer, you play a key role in supporting employees and management by coordinating HR processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. You serve as a trusted point of contact for HR-related matters while helping to create a positive and productive work environment.

Coordinate and oversee daily HR administration and employee services.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personnel files.
Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Assist with recruitment activities, interviews, and candidate management.
Monitor attendance, leave administration, and support payroll preparation.
Advise employees and supervisors on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
Prepare HR reports, employment letters, and other HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.
Bo perfil:
HR Officer with 4–5 years of experience in Human Resources, employee administration, or a similar role.
Completed MBO or HBO degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in Human Resources within the hospitality industry.
Experienced in coordinating HR processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting the employee lifecycle.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor legislation, and HR best practices.
Accurate, organized, and discreet in handling confidential employee information and HR documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise and support employees and supervisors on HR-related matters.
Proactive, service-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English, Dutch, and Papiamentu. Spanish is a plus.
