Senior HR Officer (Fulltime)

As Senior HR Officer, you play a supportive role in the day-to-day HR operations, working closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes—from onboarding to offboarding. You help maintain HR administration, support employee relations, and contribute to a positive and professional work environment.

What you will do:

Support the HR Manager with daily HR operations and administration.

Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.

Prepare and maintain personnel files and HR documentation.

Support the preparation of employment contracts, letters, and proposals.

Assist with payroll administration, mutations, and HR reporting.

Act as a first point of contact for employees with HR-related questions.

Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and follow-ups.

Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and company policies.

Assist in monitoring probation periods, absences, and employee records.

Your profile:

Junior HR professional with 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong interest in Human Resources within the hospitality industry.

Accurate, organized, and discreet in handling confidential information.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in English (additional languages such as Dutch, Papiamentu, or Spanish are a plus).
