HR Officer (Fulltime)

As an HR Officer, you support the HR Manager in recruitment, employee development, and day-to-day human resource operations. You manage benefits administration, handle employee inquiries, and help maintain a positive and supportive workplace environment.

What you will do:

Provide operational support to HR Manager.

Hiring, developing and looking after employees.

Support the administration of employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries and concerns.

Your profile:

Human resources officer with a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources and a minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry. 

Good knowledge of labor laws and compliance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
