Guest Relation Manager (Fulltime)
As the Guest Relation Manager at TUI BLUE Curaçao, you are the ambassador of exceptional guest experiences. You lead the Guest Relations team in creating memorable and personalized stays while ensuring the highest standards of service excellence. You proactively manage guest satisfaction, oversee service recovery, and collaborate with all departments to deliver seamless and unforgettable holiday experiences that reflect the TUI BLUE brand promise.

Lead and inspire the Guest Relations team to deliver exceptional and personalized guest experiences throughout the guest journey.
Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and professional assistance during their stay.
Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement strategies to continuously improve the overall guest experience.
Conduct regular guest interactions, including VIP welcomes, follow-ups, and farewell engagements.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the Guest Relations team to achieve service excellence.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
Manage and resolve guest complaints, concerns, and service recovery situations promptly, professionally, and effectively.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
Analyze guest feedback from surveys, online reviews, and internal reporting systems to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement action plans to enhance guest satisfaction scores and online reputation.
Bo perfil:
Experience in hospitality, in a Guest Relations supervisory or management role within a hotel or resort environment.
Proven experience in leading teams and driving guest satisfaction initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch, Spanish, or other languages is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service standards, and hospitality best practices.
Exceptional problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and grooming standards are required.
Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required by operational needs.
