Supervisor Linen and Uniform (Fulltime)
As a Linen and Uniform Supervisor, you oversee the management and distribution of all linens and uniforms, ensuring accurate inventory control and efficient operations. You supervise staff, maintain organized storage areas, and prepare reports to track usage, replacements, and stock levels.
What you will do:
Works with the revenue manager to maximize room revenue by setting rates and creating promotions.
Issues clean linens and uniforms to departments and employees, often through a control system where soiled items are exchanged for clean ones. They also manage the uniform control system for new hire.
Supervises linen room attendants, assigns their tasks, and ensures the linen room is clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
Prepares daily and monthly reports on laundry and linen usage, and reports when items need to be discarded or replenished.
Your profile:
Linen and uniform supervisor with 2 years in laundry operations.
A diploma in hospitality is preferred.
Computer literacy is required. At least 1 year of supervisory or lead worker experience is preferred.
Knowledge of laundry processes, stain removal, equipment maintenance, and quality control is essential.
The ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving heavy objects is often necessary.
The ability to stand, walk, and work in various conditions like confined spaces or on uneven surfaces is sometimes required.
Basic English require.
