Receptionist (Fulltime)

As a Spa Receptionist, you will warmly welcome guests and create a smooth, relaxing start and finish to their spa experience. You’ll manage appointments, guest records, and payments with accuracy and care. Your attention to detail will ensure a tidy, organized front desk and seamless communication between guests and spa staff.

What you will do:

Greeting guests warmly, check them in and out, and provide a positive first and last impression.

Manage the spa's appointment schedule using reservation software, which includes booking, changing, and canceling services.

Maintain client records, answer phone calls, and handle all payment transactions, including processing cash and credit card payments.

Keep the reception area clean and tidy, handle inventory checks, and order supplies. They also ensure staff have updated schedules.

Your profile:

Previous experience in any customer-facing role, such as retail or as an administrative assistant, is highly valued and often preferred.

Experience specifically in the hospitality industry is a significant asset. 

Proficiency with computers, including experience with hotel management software (PMS) and standard office programs, is a must. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and other staff. 

The ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure is critical. 

Perfect grooming. 

Fluent in English.
