Landscape Supervisor (Fulltime)

As a Landscape Supervisor, you will lead and train the landscaping team, assigning daily tasks and ensuring high-quality performance. You will plan and oversee all groundskeeping activities: mowing, pruning, planting, and more. To keep the property beautiful year-round. You will manage supplies, budgets, and special projects, ensuring every outdoor space meets the hotel’s standards of excellence and enhances the guest experience.

What will you do:

Supervise and train landscaping staff, assign daily tasks, and conduct performance evaluations.

Create and implement schedules for all groundskeeping activities, such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, pruning, and plant rotation to ensure year-round beauty.

Conduct inventory, order supplies (plants, equipment, chemicals), and manage budgets for materials and labor.

Oversee special projects and new installations, ensuring they are executed efficiently and meet the hotel's standards.

Managing and executing all landscaping operations to maintain the grounds' aesthetics and functionality

Your profile:

Landscape supervisor with several 3 years minimum in landscaping and grounds maintenance. 

Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, plant care, landscape design principles, and irrigation systems.  

Experience preferred in a hotel or resort setting, along with prior supervisory experience. 

Basic English knowledge.
