Hygiene Manager (Fulltime)

As Hygiene Manager, you implement and enforce cleaning and sanitation protocols, develop SOPs, and ensure full compliance with local health regulations. You conduct regular inspections, train staff on hygiene best practices, and proactively manage risks to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.

What you will do:

Implement and enforce cleaning and sanitation protocols, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliance with all local health regulations. 

Conduct regular inspections of all areas, especially kitchens and food and beverage (F&B) outlets, to identify risks and ensure cleanliness, verify equipment maintenance, and perform audits for Brand Standard Audits (BSA)

Train all relevant staff, including new hires and existing food handlers, on proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation practices. Provide ongoing coaching to the stewarding team. 

Identify and address potential hygiene risks in various food operations and take preemptive action to correct them. 

Maintain and manage all records related to the hotel's hygiene program, including HACCP plans, audit reports, and training logs. 

Your profile:

Hygiene/Quality Manager with minimum 2 to 3 years of experience within the hotel or food service industry. 

Responsibilities include managing quality, and hygiene, along with food safety standards, food hygiene audits, and health and safety procedures. 

Training and experience with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and food safety certifications a must.
