Guest Relation Agent (Fulltime)
As a Guest Relation Agent, you welcome guests warmly, handle inquiries, and create personalized experiences that exceed expectations. You resolve issues with care, coordinate across departments, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.
What you will do:
Welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and answer inquiries about hotel amenities, services, and the local area.
Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns with efficiency and empathy, acting as a key problem-solver for issues that arise during their stay.
Create personalized experiences by anticipating guest needs, fulfilling special requests (e.g., room preferences, dietary needs), and maintaining records of guest preferences.
Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure all guest needs are met promptly. They may also coordinate guest services for special events like weddings or conferences.
Provide recommendations and make arrangements for local activities, restaurants, and transportation.
Your profile:
Guest relations agent with at least 1-2 years in a customer service in hospitality with a specific background in guest relations or a front desk position being a strong asset mandatory.
Fluent in English is a must with knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software, reservation systems, is a plus.
A strong customer service orientation, professional attitude, and ability to handle pressure and solve problems is required.
Perfect professional grooming is a must.
