Front Office Supervisor (Fulltime)

As a Front Office Supervisor, you play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences from arrival to departure. You support the Front Office Manager by leading the front desk team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining high service standards while handling guest concerns with confidence and care.

What you will do:

Supervise daily Front Office operations, including reception, check-in, and check-out procedures.

Support and guide Front Desk Agents to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.

Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests in a professional and solution-oriented manner.

Ensure accurate reservations, billing, and cash-handling procedures.

Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Bell Desk, and other departments to ensure seamless guest flow.

Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Your profile:

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Services, preferably in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Guest-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
