Food & Beverage Administrator (Fulltime)

As a Food & Beverage Administrator, you play a key role in keeping our operations organized, efficient, and well‑coordinated. You support the F&B management team with administrative tasks, scheduling, documentation, and daily operational follow‑ups. Your strong organizational and multitasking skills help ensure smooth service and a well‑structured department.

What will you do:

Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage department, including organizing Supporting and monitoring the agenda.

Prepare memos, reports, and internal communication for the F&B team.

Support the team with the electronic scheduling system, timekeeping updates, and shift adjustments.

Maintain accurate documentation, filing, and department records.

Support the team with the periodically inventory updates.

Follow up on departmental requests and ensure tasks are completed on time.

Support F&B leadership with daily operational needs and planning.

Ensure smooth communication between F&B, HR, and other departments.

Your profile:

1 to 2 years of administrative experience.

Hospitality or Food & Beverage background is a plus.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience with scheduling and knowledge of electronic scheduling system is a plus, documentation, and basic reporting.

Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

 Excellent written communication skills, especially in preparing memos and reports.

Detail‑oriented with strong time‑management abilities.

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support operations where needed.
