As Executive Chef, you are responsible for the overall kitchen strategy and operations.

What you will do

Oversee and manage a kitchen brigade of 100 cooks.


Create menus aligned with our all-inclusive concept.


Ensure food cost control and proper financial management.


Guarantee food safety and hygiene standards.


Lead, coach, and inspire the team during service.


Your profile

Culinary education and several years of experience in high-volume kitchens.


Leadership and management experience with large teams.


Strong organizational and financial skills.


Resilient and effective under pressure.


Knowledge of all-inclusive operations is a plus.
