Demi Chef de Partie Bakery (Fulltime)
As a Demi Chef de Partie Baker, you support the Head Baker in producing high-quality breads, pastries, and specialty baked goods while ensuring consistency, food safety, and operational excellence. You assist with production planning, guide junior team members, maintain HACCP standards, and help deliver exceptional bakery products that enhance the guest experience.

Assist the Head Baker with the daily preparation and production of breads, rolls, viennoiserie, and specialty baked goods.
Follow standardized recipes and production procedures to ensure consistent quality.
Support dough preparation, proofing, fermentation, and baking processes.
Monitor stock levels, report ingredient shortages, and help minimize waste through efficient production planning.
Ensure all bakery products are properly stored, labeled, and rotated using FIFO procedures.
Assist in training and supporting Commis Chef Bakery team members.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic bakery workstation while following HACCP and food safety standards.
Report equipment issues, maintenance needs, and food safety concerns promptly while working closely with the bakery and culinary teams.
Bo perfil:
Bakery or culinary qualification or equivalent professional training.
Minimum 1–2 years of bakery experience.
Good knowledge of bread production, fermentation, and food safety principles.
Experience with viennoiserie or artisanal bread production is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
A positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Able to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
HACCP certification or willingness to obtain one.
