Cost Controller  (Fulltime)

As a Cost Controller, you monitor and manage food and beverage costs to ensure profitability and operational efficiency. You track stock movements, analyze expenses, and provide regular cost reports to support accurate financial control and decision-making.

What you will do:

Monitors and safeguards the food & beverage cost. 

Provides daily cost of all sundry and consumable goods issued to various hotel departments.

Monitors daily input of stock movement (purchasing, receiving, issuing, transfers) into computer system on a cost basis.

Analyzes food and beverage costs weekly.

Your profile:

Cost Controller positions with a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or hospitality management and a minimum of two to five years of experience in a cost control or similar role within the hospitality industry. 

Experience specifically in Food & Beverage (F&B) cost control is preferred. 

Strong analytical skills, proficiency with financial software and spreadsheets, and a keen eye for detail are also essential qualifications.
