Bellman/Porter

As a Bellman or Porter, you create a warm first impression by assisting guests with luggage, escorting them to rooms, and offering helpful information about hotel amenities and local attractions. You ensure guest comfort, handle errands, and maintain a welcoming, organized lobby environment.

What you will do:

Carrying luggage to and from guest rooms and managing luggage trolleys. 

Welcoming and escorting guests to their rooms and providing a brief orientation to room features and hotel amenities. 

Answering general inquiries about the hotel and local area, and running errands such as arranging taxis, delivering messages, and handling parcels. 

Assisting with special needs or requests and ensuring the overall comfort and safety of guests.

Maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby and entrance area.

Your profile:

Hotel bellman/porter with at least one year experience. 

Strong customer service, physical stamina, and good communication a must.

A minimum of high school diploma is required. 

The ability to lift and carry heavy luggage is a must.

Excellent skills in providing friendly, courteous, and helpful service are crucial. 

Clean and professional grooming is a must. 

A professional and friendly demeanor, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are crucial.
