Are you an experienced bar professional with a passion for hospitality and team development?
As Bar Manager, you are responsible for the full operation of all our bars (5 outlets), from pre-opening to daily management. You ensure a consistent, efficient, and welcoming guest experience every day.
Lead daily operations across all bars, ensuring consistent service.
Recruit, train, and manage supervisors, bartenders, and barbacks.
Develop and implement drink menus (cocktails, mocktails, wine, spirits, and soft drinks).
Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
Collaborate with the F&B Manager and Executive Chef on pairing menus and promotions.
Maintain guest satisfaction and respond to feedback.
Create schedules, provide payroll inputs, and conduct performance reviews.
3–5 years of experience in senior bar or beverage management in a 4- or 5-star hotel or resort.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent knowledge of mixology, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Experience with pre-opening and/or multi-outlet operations is a plus.
Financial acumen (cost control, P&L, budgeting).
Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Dutch is a plus.
Hospitality education or similar background is advantageous.
