Reservation Supervisor (Fulltime)
As a Reservation Supervisor, you oversee the daily operations of the Reservations department, ensuring smooth booking processes, excellent guest service, and optimal room occupancy. You lead the reservations team, manage booking systems, and work closely with Sales, Revenue Management, and Front Office to maximize revenue and create exceptional guest experiences.

Oversee daily reservations, including individual, group, and corporate bookings.
Manage reservation systems and booking platforms to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
Monitor room availability, rates, and bookings to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Supervise, schedule, train, and support the reservations team.
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally.
Work closely with Sales and Revenue Management on pricing, promotions, and special packages.
Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping regarding room availability and last-minute bookings.
Prepare reservation reports and maintain accurate guest and booking information.
Maintain professional relationships with travel agents, online booking partners, and corporate clients.
Bo perfil:
Previous experience in hotel reservations or Front Office operations.
Good knowledge of hotel reservation systems, PMS software, and online booking platforms.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
Excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation software.
Familiarity with TUI BLUE service standards is an advantage.
