HR Employee (Fulltime)

As an HR Employee, you are the backbone of the HR department, providing administrative and operational support to ensure HR processes run efficiently. You support employees and management with HR-related matters while contributing to a welcoming and well-organized workplace.

Provide administrative support to the HR department.

Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.

Assist with onboarding documentation and employee registrations.

Support scheduling of interviews, meetings, and training sessions.

Assist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave administration.

Handle HR correspondence and respond to basic employee inquiries.

Support recruitment activities, including candidate communication and documentation.

Ensure HR documentation complies with company policies and labor regulations.

Bo perfil:

HR Employee with 2–3 years of experience in a similar administrative or HR support role.

Completed MBO or HBO degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in Human Resources within the hospitality industry.

Accurate, organized, and discreet in handling confidential employee information and HR documentation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support employees and management professionally.

Proactive, service-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Fluent in English, Dutch, and Papiamentu. Spanish is a plus.
