Head Waiter – À la Carte (Fulltime)

Do you want to take your service experience to the next level and coach a team?


As Head Waiter À la Carte, you are responsible for flawless service in your section and ensuring guests receive a personal and memorable experience.

What you will do

Manage your assigned section and coordinate with the kitchen.


Handle special requests and dietary requirements from guests.


Mentor and guide waiters on service flow and guest interaction.


Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and encourage upselling.


Report to the F&B Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.


Your profile

At least 2 years of experience in an à-la-carte restaurant.


Extensive menu knowledge and strong upselling skills.


Experience training and guiding junior staff.


Strong communication skills and guest-focused attitude.


Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Dutch is a plus.
