Training Manager (Fulltime)

As a Training Manager, you design and deliver learning programs that support staff development, onboarding, and career growth across all departments. You identify training needs, create strategic development plans, and foster a culture of continuous learning to drive employee performance and organizational success.

What you will do:

Developing and delivering learning programs for hotel staff.

Design onboarding sessions.

Foster career development paths across departments.

Identify company training needs and develop strategies to support employee growth and organizational success.

Your profile:

Training manager with a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Hospitality, or a related field. 

At least 3 years of experience in a training role within the hospitality industry. 

Proven ability to develop and implement training programs. 

Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills are essential.
