Therapist (Fulltime)

As a Spa Therapist, you will deliver a wide range of treatments with skill, care, and personalized attention to each guest’s needs. You’ll assess guest conditions, prepare treatment spaces, and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and comfort. Your ability to educate guests and recommend spa products will elevate their experience and support the spa’s revenue goals.

What you will do:

Provide a variety of services, including massages, body scrubs, wraps, facials, and sometimes nail and waxing services.

Assess guest needs and medical conditions (like allergies or high blood pressure) before and during treatments.

Arrange the treatment room and workstation before and after each service.

Educate guests on different treatments and sell spa products and packages to enhance their experience and generate revenue.

Your profile:

Spa therapists with a minimum of 3 years of experience. 

Formal qualifications in massage or beauty therapy. 

Proven experience performing a wide range of treatments, including massage, facials, and body therapies, is essential. 

A nationally recognized diploma or certificate in massage therapy or beauty therapy is standard. 

Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting with guests and handling confidential information. 

Perfect grooming. 

Basic English.
