Supervisor Barista (Fulltime)

Are you an experienced barista with leadership skills?


As Supervisor Barista, you lead the barista team, ensure the quality of every cup, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

What you will do

Lead the daily operations of the coffee bar.


Train and motivate baristas and ensure standards are followed.


Introduce new coffee specialties and recipes.


Manage inventory and place orders.


Follow up on guest feedback and implement improvements.


Report to the Bar Manager or F&B Manager.

Your profile

2–3 years of experience as a barista, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.


Excellent knowledge of coffee, brewing methods, and latte art.


Strong coaching and communication skills.


Strong organizational and results-oriented mindset.


Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Dutch is a plus.
