Spa Supervisor (Fulltime)

As a Spa Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations to ensure guests enjoy a luxurious and flawlessly coordinated spa experience. You’ll manage bookings, guest flow, inventory, and communication with suppliers. Your leadership will help resolve guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and poise.

What you will do:

Oversee daily spa operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and luxurious experience for guests.

Manages treatment bookings, guest flow, and appointments.

Monitors and manages inventory and supplies, coordinating with suppliers as needed.

Handles guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Your profile:

Spa supervisor minimum two years of experience in a hotel, resort, or spa environment. 

At least one year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role. 

Strong guest service skills and a history of ensuring customer satisfaction. 

Experience in managing spa operations, including scheduling, inventory, and possibly budget handling. 

Perfect grooming.

Fluent in English.
