Spa Manager (Fulltime)
As a Spa Manager, you will ensure the spa operates efficiently and delivers an exceptional guest experience every day. You’ll lead and develop your team while maintaining high service standards and well-organized facilities. With strong knowledge of treatments and promotions, you’ll drive quality, performance, and profitability.
What you will do:
Responsible for the efficient operation of the spa. In the event of guest complaints, will effectively carry out service recovery to ensure guests satisfaction.

Knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the Spa including the type of treatments and services available as well as their selling status, and benefits of all package plans, wellness plans and special promotions.
Oversee the management of guest history and profiles.
Conduct site inspection and ensure all details are in place ready for daily operations.
Keeping up with industry trends and practices and updating knowledge and skills to improve the product and service offering.
Oversee shift transitions, staff allocation, and service readiness.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
Monitor departmental budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
Cross Department Collaboration.
Conduct facility inspections and coordinate with Engineering for maintenance.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Your profile:
Proven experience in similar role in luxury Spa for a minimum of 2 years.
Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.
Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations.
Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy.
Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms.
Strong communication skills.
Able to live in a remote location for extended periods of time and travel on single status.
