Security Manager (Fulltime)

As a Security Manager, you will develop and enforce safety procedures that protect guests, staff, and hotel property. You’ll assess risks, train security personnel, and oversee emergency response planning with precision. Your leadership will ensure swift, effective handling of any incident while maintaining a secure and reassuring environment.

What you will do:

Create and implement security policies, emergency response plans, and safety guidelines to protect the property and people.

Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Recruit, train, and supervise security staff to ensure they are competent and follow all protocols.

Develop procedures for responding to incidents like theft, medical emergencies, or disturbances, and lead investigations into any security issues that arise.

Your profile:

Certifications like the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Certified Security Manager (CSM) are highly desirable.

Training in CPR and First Aid is frequently required.

A significant amount of experience in security or law enforcement is necessary, with at least a few years in a management role preferred.

Prior experience in hotel or hospitality security is highly valued.
