Security Agent (Fulltime)

As a Security Agent, you will safeguard the hotel through regular patrols and vigilant monitoring of all areas. You’ll respond professionally to emergencies, guest disputes, and any unusual activity. Your presence helps ensure a safe, calm, and protected environment for all guests and staff.

What you will do:

Conduct regular patrols of the hotel, including guest floors, public areas, parking lots, and entrances, to detect suspicious activity.

Trained to respond to a wide range of emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, and security breaches.

Handle disputes and de-escalate situations between guests or staff to prevent them from escalating.

Work to protect hotel property and guest belongings from theft, vandalism, and damage.

Your profile:

A high school diploma or equivalent is the standard minimum requirement.

CPR and first aid certifications are frequently required to handle emergencies.

You must be physically fit and able to stand or walk for long periods and potentially respond to physical situations.

Experience in the hospitality industry is a major plus, as it demonstrates familiarity with the specific environment.
