Sales and Marketing Manager (Fulltime)
As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will drive the hotel’s commercial success through strategic planning, forecasting, and innovative campaign execution. You’ll lead the sales team, build strong client relationships, and oversee promotional initiatives across multiple channels. Your expertise will help expand market reach, secure new business, and maximize revenue.
What you will do:
Create and execute the hotel's commercial and marketing policies and action plans to meet sales targets and increase revenue. This includes sales forecasting and strategic sales planning.
Supervise the sales team, track performance against goals, conduct market research, and build and maintain relationships with key accounts and clients.
Coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
Prospect for new business, manage existing accounts, handle client inquiries, and conduct negotiations and site tours for potential clients.
Your profile:
A degree in marketing, business administration, or hospitality management is often preferred and provides a strong foundation.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality sector.
Strong leadership and team management abilities are crucial.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills are necessary for interacting with clients and team members.
