Sales and Event Coordinator (Fulltime)

As a Sales and Event Coordinator, you will handle client inquiries with professionalism and craft tailored proposals that meet their unique needs. You’ll maintain accurate client records and build strong relationships through consistent communication. Your coordination of event logistics will ensure each function is seamless, memorable, and flawlessly executed.

What you will do:

Handle inquiries from potential clients about venues, packages, and rates.

Prepare, present, and adjust sales proposals and contracts tailored to client needs.

Maintain and update client databases and manage relationships through ongoing communication.

Coordinate all logistical details for events, including catering, room setup, and audiovisual equipment.

Your profile:

Previous experience in hospitality sales, or a related administrative or sales coordination role, is essential. Many employers look for at least 2 years of experience in the field.
