Restaurant Manager – Fine Dining (Fulltime)

As Fine Dining Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for creating an exceptional culinary experience, from the first reservation to the last glass of wine. You ensure a refined ambiance, flawless service, and a perfectly coordinated team.

What you will do

Develop and implement luxury service and hospitality standards and train the team accordingly.


Oversee reservations, VIP services, and the organization of exclusive events.


Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sommelier to guarantee a seamless experience.


Ensure the highest hygiene, quality, and presentation standards.


Increase revenue through personalized guest experiences, exclusive menus, and targeted upselling.


Report to the F&B Manager and contribute to the department’s strategic goals.

Your profile

At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a fine dining restaurant.


Deep knowledge of luxury hospitality and a passion for culinary excellence.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to deliver unforgettable experiences for VIP guests.


Professional work ethic: reliable, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement.


Strong focus on guest satisfaction: you take hospitality to the highest level.


Excellent organizational skills, results-driven, and stress-resistant.


Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Dutch is a plus.
