Reservation Manager (Fulltime)

As Reservation Manager, you collaborate with the revenue team to maximize room revenue through strategic pricing, promotions, and inventory management. You lead and train the reservations team, oversee systems and group bookings, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

What you will do:

Works with the revenue manager to maximize room revenue by setting rates and creating promotions.

Analyzes market conditions and competitor data to adjust sales strategies and close business opportunities. 

Ensures all reservation systems are correctly configured and maintained.

Recruits, trains, and manages the reservation staff. 

Serves as a point of contact for high-level clients, travel agents, and third-party booking sites.

Manages group reservations, cancellations, and no-shows. 

Monitors and manages the inventory of rooms to optimize occupancy and average daily rate.

Your profile:

Reservation Manager with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the same role or assistant manager, with a focus on leadership and customer service within the hospitality industry. 

Strong knowledge in reservation systems (PMS), booking engines, and other computer software is essential. 

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Proven ability to manage and motivate a team. 

Fluent in English.
