Reservation Agent (Fulltime)

As Reservation Agent, you manage and confirm guest reservations while providing accurate information on availability, rates, and services. You ensure all bookings are handled efficiently and professionally, maintaining accuracy in systems and delivering exceptional customer service from the first point of contact.

What you will do:

Processing, confirming, and modifying reservations for rooms and other hotel services. 

Acting as the first point of contact for guests via phone, email, or in person, providing information, and addressing complaint.

Answering questions about room availability, pricing, policies, and special requests to help guests make informed decisions.

Accurately entering guest information, such as contact details, dates of stay, and payment information, into the hotel's reservation system. 

Securely processing payments, refunds, and other financial transactions related to bookings. 

Your profile:

Reservation agent with at least one year of customer service experience in hospitality, and proficiency with computer systems. 

Experience with specific hotel reservation and booking software is a plus.

Prior experience specifically in a reservation’s role is a plus. 

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is necessary. 

Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills are needed to handle various customer needs and issues. 

Fluent in English.
