Recreation Manager (Fulltime)
As a Recreation Manager, you will lead and inspire a team dedicated to creating unforgettable guest experiences through engaging in recreational activities and events. You’ll plan and oversee daily programs that reflect the hotel’s energy, culture, and commitment to excellence. With your leadership, guests of all ages will enjoy fun, safe and memorable moments throughout their stay.
What you will do:
Plans, organizes, and oversees all guest recreational activities, including pools, fitness centers, and children's clubs.
Create and implement daily, seasonal, and special event schedules for a variety of activities, such as fitness classes, water sports, cultural events, and children's programs.
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise recreation staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about operations, safety standards, and hotel policies.
Ensure guests have a positive experience by greeting them, providing information, resolving complaints, and ensuring their privacy and confidentiality.
Your profile:
Recreation manager with 3 years in recreation or hospitality management.
A strong foundation in customer service, event planning, and budget management is necessary.
Strong leadership and team management skills are essential for overseeing departments and staff.
Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute events is crucial for providing recreational activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important for interacting with guests, staff, and other departments.
Certifications like First Aid and CPR are a plus.
Perfect grooming and fluent English.
