Purchasing Coordinator (Fulltime)

As a Purchasing Coordinator, you support the procurement process by preparing purchase orders, managing vendor relations, and verifying deliveries. You ensure goods are received in proper condition, resolve discrepancies, and help maintain efficient purchasing and receiving operations.

What you will do:

Assist the overall operations of the Purchasing and Receiving areas.

Develop and prepare purchase orders and contracts as assigned.

Verify receipt of goods; and resolve discrepancies and problems regarding price, delivery, and/or condition.

Your profile:

Purchasing coordinator with a bachelor's degree and must have a good knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 

Strong negotiation and communication skills, and experience with inventory management and purchasing software. 

Knowledge of hotel operations, such as food and beverage (F&B) and rooms division. 

Experience with strategic sourcing, implementing procurement strategies, and managing supplier relationships.
