Pool Supervisor (Fulltime)

As a Pool Supervisor, you will ensure guests receive exceptional and professional service at all times. You will monitor the pool area to maintain safety, enforce regulations, and respond quickly to any incidents. You will also uphold high cleanliness standards, keep supplies stocked, and collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure the pool and its equipment meet quality and safety requirements.

What will you do:

Ensure all guests receive attentive service, respond to inquiries, and greet them professionally.

Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively.

Ensure all guests are safe by monitoring the pool area, enforcing safety regulations, and responding to incidents.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness for the pool deck, chairs, and surrounding areas, and ensure supplies are stocked.

Work with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure the pool, its equipment, and water quality meet standards. 

Your profile:

Pool technician with experience with pool chemistry, water testing, and filtration systems is essential. 

Knowledge of plumbing and electrical troubleshooting is a must. 

Experience with basic pool maintenance techniques, such as cleaning debris, emptying filters, and mixing chemicals, is necessary. 

The job requires physical fitness, the ability to lift heavy equipment, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. 

2 years of experience and a high school diploma.  

Basic English knowledge.
