Pool Attendant
(Fulltime)
As a Pool Attendant, you’ll ensure the pool area is pristine, inviting, and fully equipped for guests to unwind. You’ll assist with lounge setups, distribute towels, and deliver friendly, attentive service throughout the day. Your commitment to safety and guest satisfaction will create a refreshing and memorable poolside experience.
What you will do:
Ensuring the pool area is clean and safe, providing guest amenities like towels, and assisting guests with their needs to ensure they have a pleasant and relaxing experience.
Distribute fresh towels to guests, collect used ones, and help arrange lounge chairs and umbrellas.
Answer guest questions about the pool and other hotel facilities, take food and drink orders, and help with any requests.
Monitor the pool area to ensure guests follow all rules and safety guidelines, such as those concerning proper attire and restrictions on glass containers.
Your profile:
Pool attendant with at least three months to one year in a similar role.
Experience in a customer-facing role is highly valued, with an emphasis on communication, guest relations, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Familiarity with pool maintenance, water safety protocols, and the use of pool equipment is crucial.
The ability to stand for long periods, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and lift heavy furniture is often necessary.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Perfect grooming and basic English knowledge.
