Painter (Fulltime)

As a Painter, you will maintain the hotel’s appearance by preparing and painting surfaces in guest rooms, public areas, and exterior spaces. You will repair imperfections such as cracks and holes, perform regular touch-ups, and ensure all areas look fresh and well-kept. Your work plays a key role in protecting the property and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

What will you do:

Maintains the hotel's appearance by painting and preparing surfaces in guest rooms, public areas, and the exterior.

Filling cracks, holes, and other imperfections in walls and ceilings with plaster or other appropriate materials.

Performing touch-ups in guest rooms, hallways, and other high-traffic areas to address scuffs and damage.

This role is crucial for protecting the property and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Your profile:

Painter with 2 years of experience in a commercial or residential setting, knowledge of various painting techniques and materials, and skills in areas like color matching and surface preparation. 

A high school diploma is required, and a formal trade qualification in painting or completing an apprenticeship is a plus. 

The ability to stand for long periods, work on ladders, and perform other physical tasks is necessary.
