Night Supervisor (Fulltime)

As a Night Housekeeping Supervisor, you lead and support the night cleaning team by assigning tasks, inspecting rooms and public areas, and ensuring all standards are met. You handle guest requests, prepare for the next day’s operations, and maintain smooth overnight housekeeping service to ensure guest satisfaction.

What you will do:

Manage, train, and motivate the night housekeeping staff, including creating daily schedules and assigning tasks. 

Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they are clean and meet the hotel's high standards, checking for any defects or damage. 

Handle overnight requests from guests, such as extra amenities or special preparations for arrivals, and ensure guest satisfaction. 

Prepare for the next day's arrivals and departures and sometimes assist with cleaning during busy periods or if short-staffed. 

Your profile:

Night supervisors require at least one year of housekeeping experience.  

Experience working the night shift is required. 

Must have knowledge of cleaning best practices, chemicals, equipment, and procedures.
