As a Night Auditor, you manage late-night guest arrivals, handle inquiries, and ensure safety throughout the night. You also reconcile daily financial records, verify transactions, and maintain accurate accounting to support smooth hotel operations.
Check in guests who are arriving late and assist with any immediate needs or requests.
Answer phones, schedule wake-up calls, arrange transportation, and handle other guest inquiries throughout the night.
Serve as the point of contact for security and emergencies, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.
Verify and balance all of the hotel's financial records from the day, including room charges, payments, and other expenses.
Process all payments, including credit cards, cash, and checks, and ensure all charges are posted accurately to guest folios.
Your profile:
Night auditor with at least one year of experience in a hospitality, and proficiency with computers.
Previous experience as a front desk agent or in accounting is an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience with financial reconciliation, bookkeeping, or general accounting procedures is highly beneficial.
Experience with computers and specific property management systems (PMS) and financial software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with guests and staff.
Fluent in English.
