Lead and motivate the maintenance & engineering team.

Plan and oversee daily operations and preventive maintenance.

Monitor building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water, energy).

Ensure safety, quality, and sustainability standards are met.

Manage budgets, suppliers, and contractors.

Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Train and coach staff in safety and technical procedures.

Drive improvements and innovation in maintenance practices.

Leadership experience in hotel/resort maintenance or technical management.

Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Architecture, or Technical Engineering (preferred).

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and water systems.

Hands-on leader with problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Fluent in English; Dutch and/or Papiamentu is a plus.
