Head Waiter – Fine Dining (Fulltime)

As Head Waiter Fine Dining, you ensure perfectly set tables, flawless service, and an unforgettable experience - especially for our VIP guests.

What you will do

Oversee table settings and the precision of service.


Serve and guide VIP tables, managing wine and food pairings.


Provide discreet, attentive, and welcoming service.


Coordinate with the sommelier and kitchen for seamless execution.


Report to the F&B Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.


Your profile

At least 3 years of experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.


Excellent knowledge of table service and wine presentation.


Discreet and professional demeanor.


Experience with VIP service and special dietary requirements.


Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Dutch is a plus.
