Office Manager (Fulltime)
As an Office Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of administrative and organizational processes throughout the hotel. Acting as a key link between administration and operations, you support the management team and help create the structure that allows operational departments to function effectively and efficiently.
What will you do:
Oversee and manage office administration, documentation, and filing systems.
Coordinate contracts, licenses, insurance policies, and company records.
Support the General Manager and management team with administrative and organizational tasks.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Manage company correspondence, official letters, and internal communications.
Coordinate office suppliers, office equipment, and administrative resources.
Maintain and update company policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Monitor project timelines, and operational action plans.
Ensure all administrative processes comply with company standards and local regulations.
Your profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative, office management, executive assistant, or operational support role.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong organizational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and administrative systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
