Front Desk Agent (Fulltime)

As a Front Desk Agent, you welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle reservations with efficiency and professionalism. You serve as the main point of contact for guest inquiries, ensuring a smooth stay through attentive service and prompt issue resolution.

What you will do:

Welcome guests, register them, issue room keys, and process payments and bills upon departure. 

Manage incoming phone and online reservations, confirm existing bookings, and handle modifications. 

Act as the main point of contact for guest inquiries, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. 

Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 

Your profile:

Front desk agent with a high school diploma. 

Prior hotel front desk experience is a plus. 

Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential for handling guest requests and complaints. 

Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and reservation management systems, is a must. 

The ability to remain calm and resolve issues under pressure is crucial. 

The ability to stand for extended periods. 

Perfect professional grooming. 

Fluent in English.
