Housekeeping Floor Supervisor (Fulltime)

As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you oversee daily housekeeping operations by assigning tasks, training staff, and inspecting rooms and public areas for quality and cleanliness. You ensure all housekeeping activities meet hotel and brand standards to deliver consistently excellent guest experience.

What you will do:

Assign and schedule daily tasks for room attendants. 

Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure performance meets hotel standards. 

Inspect guest rooms after cleaning and perform spot checks on occupied rooms. 

Check and approve the cleanliness of public areas, corridors, and service areas. 

Ensure all work aligns with hotel and brand standards. 

Your profile:

At least one year of experience as a housekeeping supervisor or a similar role.

Experience in a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality environment is highly preferred.

The ability to delegate tasks, manage a team, and oversee daily operations is crucial.

Strong skills are needed for prioritizing tasks, managing cleaning supplies, and ensuring cleanliness standards are met.

Effective communication is necessary for interacting with staff and guests and for reporting maintenance issues.

A high school diploma or equivalent.
