Financial Manager (Fulltime)

As a Financial Manager, you oversee the hotel’s financial planning, budgeting, and accounting operations to ensure fiscal stability and growth. You manage financial records, lead the accounting team, and provide accurate forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

What you will do:

Planning, organizing, managing and executing the finances and financial goals of the hotel. 

Managing the accounting department.

Forecasting budgets and Forecasting budgets.

Keeping accurate records of hotel accounts.

Your profile:

Financial manager with a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and at least 3 to 5 years of experience in financial management, with a strong preference for experience in the hospitality industry. 

Key requirements also include strong knowledge of hotel systems, budgeting, forecasting, and excellent analytical and communication skills. 

Professional certifications like CPA or CFA are a plus.
