F&B Supervisor – À la Carte (Fulltime)

As the À la Carte F&B Supervisor, you ensure smooth lunch and dinner service, deliver personalized guest experiences, and help the team perform at its best.

What you will do

Oversee lunch and dinner service with a focus on personalized guest experiences.


Support the team with menu knowledge and upselling techniques.


Ensure smooth collaboration between kitchen and service staff.


Follow up on guest feedback and contribute to continuous quality improvement.


Report to the Restaurant Manager.

Your profile

At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor in an à-la-carte restaurant.


Good knowledge of menu engineering and upselling techniques.


Excellent guest-focused and conflict resolution skills.


Strong coaching and communication abilities.


Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Dutch is a plus.
