Duty Manager (Fulltime)

As Duty Manager, you oversee daily hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction. You handle guest concerns, lead staff, and make swift, informed decisions to maintain safety, efficiency, and the highest hospitality standards.

What you will do:

Overseeing all daily operations, which include front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments, to ensure smooth functioning. 

Handling guest complaints, special requests, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 

Responding to emergencies, enforcing safety and security procedures, and conducting regular patrols of the hotel. 

Acting as the main point of contact for any issues that arise and making swift decisions to resolve them. 

Supervising and guiding staff, delegating duties, providing training, and ensuring adherence to hotel policies. 

Your profile:

Hotel Duty Manager with a minimum of 3 years in a hospitality supervisory or management role and a strong background in customer service. 

Bachelor's degree in hospitality is a plus. 

Prior experience as a Duty Manager in a high-volume resort or in a similar leadership role is ideal. 

Friendly personality and trouble shooter a must. 

Fluent in English.
