Concierge (Fulltime)

As a Concierge, you elevate guest experience by arranging reservations, transportation, and personalized recommendations for local attractions. You fulfill guest requests with attention to detail, handle special arrangements, and ensure every stay is convenient, enjoyable, and unforgettable.

What you will do:

Booking tables at restaurants, spa sessions, or tickets for shows.

Scheduling airport transfers, taxis, or car services. 

Offering recommendations for attractions, activities, and restaurants based on guest interests. 

Fulfilling a wide range of needs, from arranging for specific room configurations to handling personal errands or deliveries. 

Helping with luggage, managing mail, and answering inquiries. 

Addressing guest complaints or issues and finding appropriate solutions. 

Your profile:

Concierge with at least one year in a customer-facing or hospitality role to build essential skills like handling requests and complaints. 

A high school diploma is the minimum educational requirement. 

Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

Handling various guest requests and issues, problem solving abilities. 

Good professional grooming. 

Fuent in English.
