Bellman Supervisor (Fulltime)

As a Bellman Supervisor, you are responsible for leading the Bell Desk team and ensuring a warm, efficient, and professional first and last impression for every guest. You oversee daily operations, coordinate luggage services, and support guest transportation needs while maintaining exceptional service standards.

What you will do:

Supervise and coordinate daily Bell Desk operations and team activities.

Ensure guests receive prompt and friendly assistance with luggage, transportation, and directions.

Coordinate arrivals, departures, and group movements efficiently.

Train, coach, and motivate Bellmen to uphold service and safety standards.

Ensure proper handling and storage of guest luggage.

Communicate effectively with Front Office and Security to support guest flow and safety.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of Bell Desk and storage areas.

Your profile:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Bell Services or Guest Services, preferably in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership skills and a hands-on service attitude.

Physically fit and able to assist with luggage handling.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
