Bar Supervisor (Fulltime)

Do you have leadership experience behind the bar and want to motivate a team to perform at their best?

As Bar Supervisor, you support the Bar Manager in daily operations of your outlet, ensuring service and guest experience remain at a high standard.

What you will do

Oversee operations in your assigned bar(s) during your shift.

Support training, motivation, and, when necessary, guidance of the team.

Check mise-en-place, inventory, and cleanliness before and during service.

Monitor guest interactions and ensure friendly, professional service.

Resolve complaints and escalate to the Bar Manager when needed.

Assist with stocktaking and minimize waste.

Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Lead by example in product knowledge and service quality.

2–3 years of experience as a bar supervisor or senior bartender in a high-volume environment.

Excellent knowledge of mixology and beverages.

Skilled in training and guiding staff.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
