Assistant Hygiene (Fulltime)

As Assistant Hygiene Manager, you ensure all operations meet internal and external hygiene standards through regular inspections and staff training. You manage cleaning supplies, address hygiene-related guest concerns, and maintain equipment to support a safe, clean, and compliant environment.

What you will do:

Verifies that all operations, especially food handling, meet internal and external hygiene standards and regulations. 

Trains new and existing staff on proper food handling and hygiene practices. 

Conducts regular inspections of all areas, including kitchens, storage, and dining areas, to ensure compliance and identify risk.

Monitors, orders, and manages the inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and other materials. 

Responds to guest complaints about hygiene and takes corrective action. 

Ensures that hygiene and cleaning equipment are in good working order and reports any faults. 

Your profile:

Assistant Hygiene/Quality Manager needs a bachelor's degree in hospitality and 2-3 years of experience in the same position. 

Strong skills in quality assurance, staff supervision, and knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and safety protocols.
