Assistant Front Office Manager

As Assistant Front Office Manager, you oversee efficient check-in and check-out operations while coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. You train and supervise front desk staff, resolve guest concerns, and uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality.

What you will do:

Oversee the check-in and check-out process, ensuring efficiency.

Trains new and existing staff on proper food handling and hygiene practices. 

Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and sales, to ensure smooth operations.

Train, schedule, and evaluate front desk staff.

Resolve guest issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction.

Your profile:

Assistant Front Office Manager with minimum 3-4 years of experience in front office or guest services, with at least one year in a supervisory role. 

A degree in hospitality, hotel management. Good knowledge of different PMS. Excellent communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure. 

Good personality and great customer service skills. 

Fluent in English.
